FIT is organized into five regional federations, each responsible for governing and developing talent across its continent.
North & Central American Talent Federation
Governing talent across North and Central America, from national qualifiers to regional championships.
South American Talent Federation

African Talent Federation
Uniting African nations and hosting the Talent Club World Cup in South Africa.

The Qualifying Season
The keystone of every country's program. Two pathways run in parallel but lead to different finals — the Club World Cup (2027) and the World Cup (2028) — tied together by monthly rankings, Talent of the Month, and quarterly showcases that keep the season alive all year.
Federation Rules
One Platform
Every registration, league, tournament, and competition runs on the Talent2Show platform — nothing operates outside it.
Formed Under the Hub
All teams are created, registered with FIT, and managed under the Talent2Show Hub.
Talentofund
All fundraising flows through Talentofund — the official fundraising channel.
Talento Events
All ticket sales go through Talento Events — nowhere else.
FIT Membership
Every athlete, referee, and staff member holds FIT membership — $5/year, due each August or on first registration.
The FIT Calendar
The Talent2Show / FIT season runs 1 August – 31 July each year.

How the Pathway Fits Together

Register on the platform — profile + highlight (guardian-registered if under 18).

Attend a sub-regional ID Evaluation Camp at any location.

Top players advance to the National ID Camp & National Team Pool.

National selection is chosen from the pool, across all age groups.
- 5
Selected players train, play 2027 qualifiers, and represent their country at the 2028 World Cup.
Broadcast on TalentoTV+
National Team events, Club World Cup matches, and qualifying tournaments may be televised on the official Talent2Show YouTube channel, TalentoTV+. Promote every broadcast and drive viewers to subscribe and follow.
